Puppy Preschool Class

Ages 7 - 16 Weeks

Designed so you and your new pup have the tools you need.

Puppy behavior develops quickly.
Topics cover Puppy Socialization, Growth and Development, Training Foundations, Problem Solving, and Prevention - because we know prevention is key!

The #1 reason for puppy or dog surrender is the development of behavioral issues.
Risks related to not socializing a puppy before three months are higher than any risk of infection.
All training spaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to each class.
Read the AVSAB and AAHA position statements for the latest recommendations on puppies' needs for an early  socialization and training start.

“It is in my puppy contract! Each family must work with a trainer to make sure that my puppy and the family get off to the best possible start. I'm so impressed with WDU's knowledge, teaching style and manner that I recommend them to all my parents.”   Chris Prentiss, Breeder/Owner-Sweetgrass Havanese

Please let your vet know Preschool is held in an INDOOR, SANITIZED environment for optimal safety for your pup's age and limited vaccination schedule at this time. You and your vet can rest assured your pup is not being exposed to possible infection in any way outside of the latest safety protocols. See the linked scientific papers above.
